Once installed, close your browser and re-start (open it up again) and go to: tools>toolbar wallpaper then click and a menu of wallpapers will display.
To install extra skins from this site:
click on desired size under wallpaper ,800x135 or 1024x 135 depending on your screen size,
this will open a page with only the skin on it,right click on the skin and "save picture as" into this path:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Bitmaps
I will be changing all skins into a zip so in the future it will be easier to scan on your anti-virus.
All wallpaper used is in bitmap form, shown on this site is in JPEG format
do not download the displayed bars they will not work in IE wallpaper use the link provided for download.
